Mint Julep 2011: Uma versão diferenciada do mojito.

- 10 folhas de hortelã

- 30 ml de suco de limão
- Uma "bailarina" e meia de açúcar
- 80 ml Jack Daniels ou qualquer outro bourbon
- 30 ml de Southern Confort
- Água de coco natural
- Gelo

Info do curso:
Quartas-feiras às 19:00 hs - R$120.00 - grupos de 4 à 8 pessoas.

Obrigada Restaurante 2012 e Aassessoria pelo convite!

We were invited by Restaurante 2011, in it last days before turning to 2012 to try something new: to participate with other blogs (O Peixe Fresco, Binóculo and Izabela Dolabela) in a cocktails class.
The Restaurante 2012 has a vast list of drinks, there is something to fit all tastes with all types of alcoholic beverages (or without it!). Imagine then, gather your friends for a fun evening around the counter to make 10 different cocktails!
Besides learning how to make them, the tips the bartenders give are basic but essential, like for example, to leave ice in the glass while the cocktail is being prepared (in the case of cocktails that are served with no ice in the glass!).
Now you will have a great excusee to make a party and try all you learned!
