O Webster Hall é uma casa noturna em Nova Iorque, no Lower East Side, que foi construída em 1886. De lá pra cá já foi considerada a casa noturna mais moderna dos Estados Unidos, passou por alguns incêndios e já foi palco para muitos artistas. Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Bob Dylan são alguns dos nomes que gravaram discos por lá.

Webster Hall is a nightclub in the Lower East Side, that was built in 1886. Since then, it has been considered the most modern night club in the US, went through a few fires and hosted many artists. Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Bob Dylan are a few names who have recorded albuns there.

Chazwick Bundick, aka Toro y Moi, é um músico americano que ficou conhecido com seu primeiro cd, o Causers of This (2010), com uma mistura de música eletrônica lenta e relaxante, que ficou conhecida nos EUA como chillwave. Porém seu segundo álbum, deixou um pouco os laptops de lado e foi gravado com todos os instrumentos.

Com mais 3 pessoas na banda, seu novo disco e menos computadores, Toro y Moi, deixa a chillwave de lado e faz um show um pouco mais pop.

Chazwick Bundick, aka Toro y Moi, is an American musician who became quite famous with his first cd, Causers of This (2010), with a mixture of slow and relaxing electronic music, known in the U.S. as chillwave. But in his second album, left aside laptops and was recorded with all the instruments.

With three people in the band, the new album and less computers, Toro y Moi forgets the chillwave a bit and makes a more pop concert.

Duas bandas fizeram os shows de abertura: Ava Luna (com vozes femininas, bem no estilo Dirty Projectors) e Unknown Mortal Orchestra (ótimo show, melodias simples e fáceis de gostar).

There were two opening concerts: Ava Luna (with three woman voices, reminding Dirty Projectors) and Unknown Mortal Orchestra (great concert, simple melodies, easy to like).
