Há 13 anos, durante o verão, o Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Roof Garden, último andar do Metropolitan Museum, recebe uma exposição diferente. A exposição marca o 50º aniversário de sua primeira exposição e mostra um pouco de sua tragetória. Suas grandes esculturas em aço retratam o diálogo do artista na relação entre forma, arquitetura e paisagem.

For over 13 years, during the summer, the Iris and B Gerald Cantor Roof Garden, the last floor of the Metropolitan Museum, hosts a different exhibition. This year the garden hosted the sculptures of Anthony Caro, one of the most important artist of the 20th century and pioneer of contemporary sculpture. The exhibition marks the 50th anniversary of his first major show. His steel sculptures reflects his dialogue between form, arquitecture and landscape.

With a beautiful view of the Central Park and New York' skyline, Anthony Caro's sculptures could't be enjoyed in a better way: forms blend with the background and everything turns in one and only element.
