Se tem uma bebida que os islandeses são fãs, essa bebida é o café! Especialistas no assunto, existem inclusive vários concursos de barista por lá.
Saindo alguns quarteirões da rua principal do centro de Reykjavík e subindo em direção a catedral (lugar de onde se tem a vista da cidade!), encontramos o Kaffismiðja, um pequeno café com cara de casa de amigo que mora com a mãe. Com o frio que fazia, era tudo o que precisávamos, uma bebida bem quentinha.
O Kaffismiðja não só serve café como torra o grão lá mesmo. São duas maquinas que ficam no meio do ambiente.
Além do café, outra ótima opção é tomar o chá Oolong, uma deliciosa mistura de chá verde com chá preto.
